For over 200 years, The First Baptist Church of Ahoskie has been known as a community of faith committed to following Christ and sharing his love in our community and around the world. Building upon a rich heritage of ministry, we're growing into the church God desires us to be for today and tomorrow.

First Baptist is dedicated to historic Baptist principles, yet we are ecumenical in spirit as many of our members come from varying backgrounds and many of our partnerships are ecumenical in nature. We are a church with diverse views and faith perspectives, but we remain united in Christ.
 
Our church ministry is centered primarily upon worship, and we grow in our discipleship through fellowship, spiritual formation, and service to our community.
